Spiker Carpet & Tile Care has been owner-operated in Galt, California since 2013 by founder Brian Spiker, who is trained to the IICRC S100 standard. The business runs from two locations — headquarters in Galt and a second location serving Lodi — covering six Sacramento Valley cities with six cleaning services.
How this started
This began with one truck and one standard: do it right the first time. Thirteen years later the standard has not moved, and neither has the person who set it — the founder still runs the work.
Owner-operated means something specific in this trade. It means the person whose name is on the van is accountable for the result, not a rotating crew working from a franchise script. When something goes wrong you talk to the owner.
What we will not do
We will not quote a low number and grow it once we are standing in your living room. That is the most common complaint in this industry and we built the pricing page specifically so it cannot happen here.
We will not tell you a stain will come out when it will not. Permanent dye is permanent. Filtration soiling along baseboards often improves rather than disappears. You get that answer at the inspection, not after you have paid.
