The tag on your furniture that saves it — and almost nobody checks
Here's the first thing about your furniture that'll cost you the most if you get it wrong, and almost nobody checks it. There's a cleaning code on every piece of upholstery: "W" means water's safe. "S" means solvent only — put water on it and you'll get permanent watermarks and rings. "X" means vacuum only, no liquid at all.
Use the wrong one and you don't get a dirty couch — you get a ruined couch. That's the first thing we check before we ever touch your furniture, because most people, and a lot of cheap cleaners, never even look.
