Spiker charges from $50 per room, where a room is up to 15×15 feet, with a $200 minimum service charge on every job. A staircase is priced as one room. Add-ons are $25 per room for pet enzyme, $25 per room for Scotchgard, $30 per 3×3 area for pet odor, and $25 per room for pre-vacuuming if the carpet has not been vacuumed before arrival.

$1.50 per square foot for manmade tile, cleaned and sealed, subject to the $200 minimum. Natural stone is quoted on inspection because stone is acid-sensitive and requires different chemistry.

$30 per 3×3 area of contamination, mapped with UV inspection, subject to the $200 minimum. Pricing is by affected area rather than by room because urine spreads outward and downward — the contaminated zone underneath is almost always larger than the visible spot.

Quoted per piece from a photo, subject to the $200 minimum. Bundling a sofa with chairs on one visit is how most customers meet the minimum efficiently.
