Grass
on carpet.
Often, and it depends how long it has been there. Grass is chlorophyll, which behaves like a dye rather than a soil, so it wants treating before it has finished bonding. Blot cold with a white cloth, work outside-in, and call rather than experiment.

FIRST 60 SECONDS MATTER MOSTNever do this
Never use hot water and never reach for a general spotter. Heat helps the pigment set, and many household bottles carry optical brighteners that leave a permanently lighter patch which shows worse after a proper cleaning.
THIS IS WHAT MAKES IT PERMANENTWhy grass behaves this way
Chlorophyll is a plant pigment and it stains the way plant pigments stain — chemically, into the fibre, rather than sitting on top of it. Fresh, it is largely still mobile. Old, it is a colour change, and a colour change is a different conversation from a stain.
Pricing is identical across all six cities. The full breakdown — what each service costs and what it covers — is at the bottom of the carpet cleaning page.
